About Me
I never thought I'd have a baby at 45. But that miracle is only part of my story.
From leading Airmen as a two-time Air Force commander to finding stillness as a yoga teacher since 2012, from years of infertility and IVF to finally holding my children in my arms, my life has been about resilience, renewal, and the belief that anything is possible when we align mindset, science, and heart.
Yoga became my anchor, and biohacking gave me tools to keep going when hope felt out of reach. I even captured that journey in a book, sharing the raw truth of infertility, the breakthroughs of human performance, and the joy of finally holding the baby doctors said would never naturally come.
My passion is helping others find their potential, whether that's bringing new life into the world or unlocking elevated performance in health, leadership, or relationships.
