I never thought I’d have a baby at 45. But that miracle is only part of my story.

From leading Airmen as a two-time Air Force commander to finding stillness as a yoga teacher since 2012, from years of infertility and IVF to finally holding my children in my arms, my life has been about resilience, renewal, and the belief that anything is possible when we align mindset, science, and heart.

Yoga became my anchor, and biohacking gave me tools to keep going when hope felt out of reach. I even captured that journey in a book, sharing the raw truth of infertility, the breakthroughs of human performance, and the joy of finally holding the baby doctors said would never naturally come.

My passion is helping others find their potential, whether that’s bringing new life into the world or unlocking elevated performance in health, leadership, or relationships. To serve that mission, I trained with the Human Potential Institute (formerly Bulletproof Coaching) and became an ICF certified coach, blending ancient wisdom, modern science, and biohacking to support transformation.

I also hold an MBA and today serve as the Director of Coaching at the Arbinger Institute, where I help leaders and organizations worldwide shift culture and unlock human potential through an outward mindset.

Together with my husband Matt and our three kids, we created Chetti Life Elevated, a space where family, performance, and possibility come together.

Because survival isn’t enough. Life is meant to be elevated.
